Code can be converted to asp.net or to be much better in a MCV application that would give seperation of concerns and take off the load from applicationas well.

I was do same projects in the past: I rewrite two internal project from one outdated technology stack to another (from winforms to WPF and from PHP to ASP.NET + Sidelight), So I can imagine things that I must done to successfully ends project.
