Misc. Joomla Development on Existing Site

I need the following completed IMMEDIATELY. Please ONLY BID if you can start work within the next 3 hours. 1. Currently my main navigation menu appears to be .GIF with roll-over effects. This needs to be converted to a professional-looking navigation bar at the top of the page. It must be SEO friendly and have roll-over effects. 2. Install and use "DJ SLIDER" or similar component to rotate through 3 banner images. When a user clicks on a certain part of the banner image, then it should take them to a pre-determined page. 3. Reduce the image size of my main logo in the upper-left corner by 20%. 4. There are currently 2 free-trial graphic bars on the main web site. Delete the first free-trial graphic bar, then simply replace it with the free-trial graphic bar from the bottom of the page. 5. The web site uses aMember Professional to manage the web site subscription and payments. aMember provides a simple Signup.php. Take the fields from this [login to view URL] page and integrate it to the front-page of the web site just below the "FREE TRIAL" graphics. The goal is to allow users to immediately sign-up for a free trial on the front-page. 6. Remove the other text content. QUALIFIED BIDDERS will receive the link to the web site.
