403839 Custom Joomla Template

Hello, I am in need of someone to design a custom Joomla template for me. I will send the winning bidder the JPEG concept files that I have. I need to hold them back now because they have the client's name on them and I need to keep that quiet for now. I've attached a rough PDF of what I want the layout to look like. Please keep in mind that it is a rough outline and is not to scale. (For example, in the PDF User Areas 4, 5, & 6 are different sizes. In the final product they should all be the same size.) Here is what I need out of the template: *All unused modules need to be fully collapsible *I need to be able to set my own sizes for the left and right columns (based on %) *I am the sole owner of the template once it is finished. ****VERY IMPORTANT - READ THIS**** *I am always open to suggestions. If you think you can make the template better just tell me what your thoughts are. Doing this before I select a bid is a good way to get me to choose you. *You MUST have designed your own Joomla template before. Please use the PMB to give me 3-5 examples of templates you've designed. *I have the problem of people posting on the PMB who haven't read the description.
