Make My Windows Application Compatible in Web Browsers without Flash or NPAPI -- 4

IMPORTANT: Be sure to tell me how you plan to go about this project. I will only hire those who understand the project and have a solution. I have a windows "plugin" that I had developed years ago. It allows users on my website to play games on my website. The plugin uses 2 different technologies to render the emulators to my site: NPAPI or Flash. Either work but both are now obsolete. if you're interested, I'm also looking for someone to make updates to it afterward so there's more opportunity to make money from this. Here's briefly how my plugin works: When the plugin gets installed, it also installs a few emulators. When a user goes to play a game on my site, the plugin loads the game into the appropriate emulator and then renders it on the webpage, making it appear to play on my website. The plugin also communicates with my site in a few various ways, creating local saves based on the user's ID of my site, uploading screenshots that they take with the plugin to my site, etc. I need someone to make the plugin work without NPAPI or Flash. HTML5 is probably the preferred solution but I'm open to anything, as long as the technology supports the ability to render a windows application in the web browser.
