PROJECT OVERVIEW The project is to modify an existing angularjs/quaggajs application to properly decode certain barcode types. There are two known issues with the application: 1) it doesn't scan all of the barcode types I need. 2) many times it decodes the wrong number. (ie it scans but doesn't report the correct barcode number in the text box.) DEMO THE APPLICATION To see it in action, you can open this url in safari (or chrome on android i think) on your mobile phone: [login to view URL] Once you open the application, click on the barcode button and give your camera permission. You should then be able to scan barcodes. The code is available on our server via FTP and credentials will be provided to the winning bidder. PROJECT REQUIREMENTS a) modification to the /app/js/[login to view URL] file which contains the [login to view URL] configuration b) This application at the demo url above must be able to scan the following barcodes and decode them properly and place them in the corresponding text box when you click the barcode button. The application will open a live stream on your camera and decode. This works in safari. c) application needs to run in chrome, firefox, and ie. This really isn't a problem but you may have to use or build shims to get the camera to launch and properly operate in these three browsers.
