This is simple project. I can program flash but not HTML so I am looking for someone who can align my flash page for me. I need the flash page centered, I also need the background graphic to adjust to the flash to accommodate different screen sizes. The I see is is that the background graphic must be cut into 3 pieces, the center pice will be a constant size where as the top and bottom sections will be seamless patterns. Refer to the files for more info. I need this done ASAP. I think for someone who knows what they are doing this is a 10min task. All files needed to complete this task are available for download
