Need to understand Spring rest Api code

Hi, I have 10+ years experience with JAVA/MSSQL and SOAP services. We used one to run VidZone which was a streaming music service available in 19 territories. I have also worked on projects here on Freelancer involving JAVA, Spring and SOAP services. I should be able to answer your questions but in order to give an accurate quote it is important to know what exactly you need help with? Is it understanding how Spring wires up the SOAP framework? How you configure security etc? Or are you asking about how the actual body of the SOAP method runs - for example it might retrieve some records from a data store and format these? Do you have a working environment in Eclipse/IntelliJ etc? Do you have a testing server and know how to deploy it?
