We have experience working with cybersource and have implemented Simple Order API in java, already have a merchant account with them, in one of other project we migrated the code from legacy API to SOAP api of cybersource. as a proof of concept we already have a payment client implemented for Simple order API in java that you can use to send payment request using test credit card (VISA, MASTER, DISCOVER, AMEX)
