Hello I am making a program that is supposed to be able to read and write to/from a text file. The program is a simple car management system, it is used to look up and enter car records. It is not a hard project I believe an experienced programmer could finish this in an hour or two, but I am very new to this as it is my first project. I am coding in NetBeans 8.0.1. The skeleton of the project is already done (I.E All classes made, all sections inside the classes tell you what is expected inside the class and sections). There are instructions inside the code written as comments. You are NOT to delete any of the current code even if it is to make the program more efficient. Attached are the instructions, what the output needs to look like and my current program.
