The application 1) provide a form for the user to choose a folder, and also a Regular Expression pattern 2) process only files with '.pdf' extension in the chosen folder 3) for each pdf file, convert to text file, each word matching the Regular Expression from the PDF file will occupy 1 line in the generated text file. So, if there are 100 lines with 10 matching words each line in the PDF file, the generated TEXT file will contain 1000 lines provided all the words are unique in the PDF file. If there are words repeated in the PDF file, the word will only appear once in the TEXT file. 4) If there x number of PDF files in the folder, there will also be x number of TEXT files generated. The generated TEXT files are the be placed in a sister folder named the same as original folder with "_TEXT" appended to the folder name. 5) Finally, loop through all the words in all the generated TEXT files, write to an OUTPUT text file the following data :- WordFromTextFile + NameOfTextFile So the OUTPUT file shall have line count of NumberOfUniqueWords from each file, summed up together.
