Assist in building a report using Eclipse BIRT

I would like to build my first report using Eclipse BIRT. In order to help me climb the learning curve fast, I would like someone to coach me online, using a screen sharing program such as Team Viewer. I have built some views which present the data in a usable fashion. I will pay on an hourly basis. Maybe the programmer can build some further Birt reports for me in the future. It is important the the bidder has strong experience in producing sophisticated reports using BIRT, and good SQL / database skills (using PostgreSQL). Fluent, very good and understandable english is a must.
