html/java page creation

The scope of the work would be based around creating 8 html pages that are mostly for show with some limited functionality. These pages will ultimately be used in a screen capture video demo, which will be edited, and thus you would only need to make html/java pages look like a fully functional search tool, but in reality, only particular buttons and links (which we will specify) need to function. The other parts of the page will simply need to 'look the part.' The Pages include a 'search page,' a 'results page,' a mock document (police report, lease, airplane ticket, something of the sort), and a 'information web' page that we recommend using [login to view URL] to create, but you are certainly welcome to provide us something of your own should you have the capabilities. Much more detailed descriptions of each screen will be provided upon further inquiry. The work will be done in two segments. The first will include drafting screen mock ups via PowerPoint or a similar medium. These mockups would demonstrate the look of the pages that you are to create and will be reviewed before the start of the second segment. This first segment should be completed within 1 week of the start of the project. The second segment will include the creation of the actual html sites with limited capabilities. These pages should be designed with the mock up as a model using HTML and/or JavaScript and you will need to provide actual software artifacts including code. This segment should be completed within one week of the completion of the first segment. Ultimately, we are looking for a fully dedicated resource for a two week span.
