Ecommerce - Marketplace Development

We are a Portland, Oregon based design firm looking to outsource a project a few of our local freelancers dropped the ball on. Once the designer / group is selected, this project will start ASAP with the possibility of leading to future work. Project: We are working with a client that requires us to create a Ecommerce B2C experience that is built around a community, this is not another Facebook project. This community will give the consumer the ability to upload stories, images and videos while shopping for products that connect to their way of life. The story telling part is up and running [[login to view URL]] but will need to be rebuilt with a few tweaks based on the existing site. This was built using Expression Engine and seems to work fairly smooth. The integration of the eCommerce part is where the ball was dropped and is still needed. It is very important that this piece of the site is database driven with the ability for the client to manage it, they will need the ability simply add additional venders and their products as they come on line. Product pages, shopping cart, payment gateway, integration of vender xls nightly data feeds, shipping tracking and sending PO’s will all need to be incorporated. 90% of all pages have been built and all graphic design work will be handled by us in house, we are looking someone to come in and mirror what is existing and help build out the eCommerce piece.
