The project is for an International NGO managed out of Europe and the US but executed in 3 countries (India, Bangladesh, and Nigeria). The project entails the development of a digital platform for traceability of Vitamin fortification data in edible oil. The system will be used by Edible oil producers and regulatory authorities in the above-mentioned 3 countries. The Technical platform is being developed by HP and the Product owner is from another company. Together with the end client, they all form the consortium. Our role in this project is not at all technical but that of Project Support and Change Management. We are looking for 2 resources 1 each for the below areas.
Change Management: (1 Person for 2 years)
* Bachelor's in HR, Social Sciences, IT, or Communications.
* 7-10 Years of total experience.
* PROSCI Certification is a must.
* Experience in leading a Change / Transformation Project.
* Experience in leading Change Communication. At least 2 projects. Should clearly demonstrate the project, client, responsibilities, and achievements.
* Experience working in an international context is a must.
* Digital transformation experience is required.
* Project Management certification and experience is highly desirable.
* Time: 5 days/month. (Billing based on timesheet and completion of deliverables and activities)
Note: Qualified female candidates are highly preferred.
Long-term commitment is necessary.
