IOS App for iPhone and iPad

Hello Freelancers, I am looking for a Freelancer or team to build an App for all IOS platforms, It must be built in xcode I have attached a ZIP file with documents to cover the brief, in summary this will be a tabbed money management App consisting of 5 sections plus a settings page it must store data locally possibly to iCloud and have the ability to add a password, upload custom user avatar and add extra categories. I will provide a full design in PSD and sliced images. You will be required to upload the xcode project daily to my server so that I can follow the progress and monitor the code and build test versions for tweaking the design. There is a STRICT 3 week deadline on the project. If you bid over the upper limit your bid will rejected I have a budget and have posted the project to meet this. If you are unable to meet my requirements for the Deadline and uploading the code daily or bid limit, then do not bid I will not settle for videos or IPA's as proof of work this takes too long to get things fixed. The first milestone will only be released when 20% of the App is complete I will create this milestone upon award all other milestones will be released in the same way every 20% of completed work.
