Ionic Developer for simple matching project (MA13)

I need an experienced Ionic 4/5 (Angular/Cordova) app developer for building a app for matching soccer games with referees, according to attached specification. Design and Wireframes are already done and available as pdf and source. I need a developer to complete all functionality in app (and optionally also deliver backend) You must be an experienced Ionic developer who write good code that is readable, secure and follow best practice. I am a project manager (with a developer background) and this project is being built for a client. Both me and client will do testing of deliverables. I will be available during the entire project for any questions. Already exists: - Logo , Design and Wireframes are available as pdf and source files.
