Help set up calendly

I have a business that sets up events at country clubs. I am starting in the Philadelphia area in May but have to get things set up immediately. I need to be able to set up event, exact dates, and provide 15 minute blocks of time for registrants. I also need to be notified when somebody registers, look at the calendar, perhaps allow double booking, and have the country club representative get notification for each registrant. I am not a good visual learner and need somebody to assist me. If there are any calendly experts, please reach out as soon as possible.
