SEO partner required for 50% profits

I am looking for an SEO expert who is willing to spend a LOT of time doing all the SEO tasks in order to get high rankings for my a brand new website. The more work you do, the more you will get paid. This website sells an info-product downloadable via Clickbank. This is a long term project, where 50% of all profits will be shared with my SEO JV partner - for the next 5 years or longer (to be agreed). I will do all the work with: market research product creation bonuses creation copywriting graphics list management autoresponder management You will do all the SEO tasks required to get traffic for this site: On-page factors Inbound Link building Article submission Directory submission Search engine submission Adding further content to pages (I can supply the content) For every $1 earned, you will receive 50c and I will receive 50c. There is a potential here to earn absolutely thousands of dollars over the next few months. I have earned thousands from some of my other sites but this was all using Adwords and other PPC advertising. PPC is becoming harder, so this project is going to be all SEO. The reason I am structuring this project like this - is that I realize SEO is a LONG-TERM goal and requires lots and lots of time dedicated to it. That is why I am willing to give away 50% of my profits. No payment will be made up front, as all income will be earned from sales. Before you ask the site is not ready yet, but I do have some reference sites from my PPC ventures that will prove my worth, and I can also provide screen shots of my Clickbank earnings. If you are interested, please supply as much detail as you can about yourselves and also supply references. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
