For Onpage- analyze the length of the meta title and meta description. check for W3C errors and other coding errors like absence of alt text for images, gzip compression of pages,alternate domain name errors i.e pages loading without the www prefix.
For Offpage- Focus on link building via article submission, blog submission , social bookmarking and press releases. Use only websites which have a high page rank. Track the keyword progress on Google, AOL,Yahoo and ASK
For SMO- Run advertising campaign on Facebook and LinkedIn depending on the client's budget and incorporating the keywords.
Reporting- Send a weekly excel sheet of work done every week.
