Site building (good from user perspective) is what needs to be looked into rather than link building. The sooner the webmaster or the owner of the site realises and makes efforts to implement a strategy it will be better for him and the site. The days of hiring a seo agency and then forgetting about the deal is long over. The site owner has to work closely with the agency in getting the desired results.
