US targeted traffic to Beauty Site

I own an all natural hair and skin care website and I'm looking for an internet marketer to drive real US converting traffic. Bounce rate should be LOW, you can use social network, yahoo questions/answers, cheap effective ppc... I will pay for each additional US 50 visitors you can drive to my website. Please don`t bid if you don`t accept my rules. I pay only for good and converting traffic.
