Social Media & Marketing Associate for innovative global forum!

Crowdsourcing Week (CSW) is looking for a rock-star Marketing & Social Media Associate. CSW is a global forum for business leaders and change makers to learn about crowdsourcing, crowdfunding and open innovation and organizes major conferences across Asia and Europe. Working closely with both the CEO & the Marketing Manager, you will contribute hands-on to our global marketing efforts in an important and independent role. Marketing & Social Media Associate Full-time position, starting immediately You will have the ability to work remotely (from home, from a coworking space, or wherever you please. Our team is located across the globe and we all work remotely while communicating with each other online.) This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced, high-energy startup operating on a global scale. Responsibilities: -Create & publish content across CSW social media channels (Twitter, Facebook, G+, LinkedIn) -Deliver a monthly report of social media metrics based on collaboratively set goals + strategy -Play a major role in marketing CSW conferences through social media and assisting with all marketing efforts, research, and outreach -Identify and engage with relevant key influencers, bloggers, and writers -Monitor the latest crowdsourcing, crowdfunding, and open innovation news to share on social -Maintain CSW brand, quality, and tone in all content -Coordinate with and report to Marketing Manager on weekly tasks We Are Looking For Someone Who: -Has a proven ability to share exciting, interesting, relevant information across social media -Has at least 1 year prior experience in social media, marketing, or blogging with demonstrated proficiency in Social Media channels (Twitter, Facebook, Google Plus, Linkedin) and Social Media tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Bitly, ManageFlitter, Flipboard). -Is located in the Philippines or SE Asia -Mastery of English language/grammar and good communication skills are essential -Enjoys brainstorming with the group but can work independently without supervision -Performs well in a fast-paced environment
