We have two ways we can do the delivery of your emails. We can go on my dime and I will provide the MTA server, software, 4 servers for data segmentation and deliver. I can handle all the opt-outs, delivery, API commerce triggers, and whitelisting. Or you can start an Exact Target Enterprise Account and establish the account with an Exact Target relationship manager. I will then provide 100% of the strategy, setup, and technical know how. To include I can provide the creative and HTML development for the dynamic data driven emails with personalizations. To include I can develop and build landing microsite pages and other advanced email driven campaigns. To include split testing. It only take one 1 IP in ET to do up to 2 million emails a day. However for most brands they do 6 or so IPs. Is your 10 Million active or inactive? Meaning have you actually emailed them in the last 3 months? There would be a need for a warming plan. AOL is a big contender so they start at 5k per day for the first week. Rule is the cap of 20,000 emails per day for 1 week PER ISP. Then on week 2 the cap is 50,000 per day. Week 3 is 100k per day.
