We have a big apartment that we want to turn into a flat that we can rent room-by-room to students. The aparment has a lot of windows and is very bright, it has 7 windows and 2 doors, one of which can be turned into a window (the one on the bottom left corner in the floor plan)
We want to have as many bedrooms as possible and also one-two big spaces where the residents (students) can spend their time together, have a little party. Two toilets are needed (it must be very close to the current toiled, marked as "WC", the may be separate or part of a bathroom. Bathrooms must be space-efficient - only a vanity and a shower is needed in one.
A bedroom should have only necessary furniture: bed, desk, wardrobe, chair, etc, that is necessary for a bedroom. It should be around 10-12 m2.
