Stationery PCB Quality Verification via Digital Image Processing

Require Coder with following specialization: 1. Computer Vision 2. Image Processing 3. Data Analytics We are an Industrial electronics manufacturer with all our production including PCB Assembly being done in house. We need a presence absence detecting system that will enable us to ensure all the components ( like diodes, capacitors, resistors etc ) are inserted in the PCB with the correct orientation before it moves onto the next station in the assembly line. The Mechanical and Electrical domain (Fixtures/Mounts, Indicators, wiring etc) will be handled by us. You can find a typical example of a stuffed PCB as well as a PCB with a missing component in the attached images. The insertion of these components happen over 4-5 stations of assembly line, with each station inserting around 4-6 components. The System should give an error signal and alert the worker in case there are any missing components before it moves to the subsequent station. The camera used for the processing need not be high speed. It can take up to 5 seconds for inspecting a single PCB. The Size of the PCB would be around: Max 100x150mm & Min 48x48mm .
