I would like to hire an Illustrator

I’d like to commission an A2 illustration/quote and I was just wondering if you might be able to help. Basically we were hoping to have the following quote as the focus in the middle: The people we surround ourselves with either raise or lower our standards. They either help us to become the-best-version-of-ourselves or encourage us to become lesser versions of ourselves. We become like friends. No man becomes great on his own. No woman becomes great on her own. The people around them help to make them great. We all need people in our lives who raise our standards, remind us of our essential purpose, and challenge us to become the-best-version-of-ourselves. To give some background, this will be a leaving present for someone who is leaving London to move back to their home country of Australia. So we would like images to represent Australia on the right, such as a koala, the Sydney opera house and then on the left side things like Buckingham palace and a British bull dog. For the London side, we’d also like to add the street names of two of our offices, ‘Charlotte Mews’ & ‘Stukeley Street’. We’d also like to add caricatures of 3 of the people that work here – we’d be able to provide photos of course. We were hoping to be able to work with an illustrator called Vic Lee but unfortunately he is not currently available, would you possibly have an illustrator who has a very similar style who might be able to work on this for us? I have attached images of his work for reference. Also, please would you be able to provide costs and lead time? At the moment we’d ideally need it by 1st September, but if this is a real issue we can see if there is any movement with this date.
