Drawing Digital -- 2

Hello! I'm looking to have a digital drawing project done. I'd like the style of drawing to be cartoon, and I have specific themes and characters in mind for the project. The final product should be delivered as a digital file. So basically I need this for my school project but I do not know how to draw digitally. The topic is based off Evolution for my science subject. Heres a dialouge for my discription. Basically, I would like a drawing based off the description of the given dialouges that includes the chats and colours. It should look like a manga or a comic as it needs 18 boxes with each scenario filled. Please draw however you see fit of the text. For example, this text "Every healthy living thing, from single-celled amoebas to flowers and dolphins, is capable of reproducing." can be visualizes and drawn as dolphins and flowers. 1st box: Title 2nd box: Greetings between Marco, Darrel and Rohan 3rd box: Rohan: Did you know that all life on earth is related? Including us humans and the turkey in turkey pies? Marco: What are you saying, Rohan? I don’t understand. 4th box: Rohan: I'm not joking! Let me explain. Darrel: Okay, listening. 5th box Rohan: So, evolution refers to any change in the heritable traits within a population across generations. Marco: interesting.. 6th box Rohan: Every healthy living thing, from single-celled amoebas to flowers and dolphins, is capable of reproducing. Marco: Okay, I know that; they all have offspring and make copies of themselves. Darrel: right. 7th box Rohan: They do that by duplicating their DNA and passing that on to future generations. Darrel: DNA is a chain-like chemical stored inside each cell and determines how to grow and function, right? Rohan: Yes, indeed, Darrel. 8th box Marco: To add on to what Darrel said, every piece of information in DNA is different between humans, flowers, etc. Darrel: mhmm.. 9th box: Rohan: When DNA is being copied, errors can occur; this modifies the DNA codes. This is what we call a DNA mutation. Darrel: Oh, okay, and that is why variation in body shapes is a thing! Marco: It makes sense. 10th box Rohan: However, reproduction for dolphins, badgers, and humans is a little bit more complicated. Darrel: how so? 11th box Rohan: Well, to start off, we have to find a partner. When we fall in love, our sperm cell, which contains only half of our DNA, will combine with a mother’s egg cell, which contains only half of her DNA. Marco: Okay, and the child will grow up with both DNA and have some traits of the mother and the father, as well as unique traits of the child’s own due to DNA mutations? Rohan: On the spot! 12th box Rohan: If you were to go back in time a few thousand years, you’d find that all dogs, for example, originally evolved from an ancestral group of great wolves. Darrel: wow 13th box Rohan: People were selecting wolves with traits they liked, letting them breed, and only keeping puppies with the most desirable traits. As time went on, some people selected for larger or smaller dogs, etc. Marco: I see the connection! 14th box Rohan: Just like all dogs share common ancestors, all living things, like I mentioned above, are related! Darrel: Okay, but that's if you go back far enough. Marco: yes. 15th box Rohan: We are all literally related! Marco: So hard to believe, but okay, I get it now! 16th box  Darrel: Yeah, so we don't know what the first life form was or exactly how it came to be. Rohan: But the process of reproduction, with variation over billions of years, looks to be in charge of all the diversity of life we see. 17th box Rohan: So to conclude, all life on earth is related.
