Responsive Menu, Wordpress Menu Styling

I need the responsive menu from the following url to look like the screenshot. I have done most of the work but realized that for the 3rd level I need javascript. I can't use position relative on it because it will expand the length and height of the parent list item and therefore mess up the second level. Thats we are stuck with position absolute for the third level. So the challenge for you is that you have to write a javascript code that will place the 3rd level right under the parent element. Remember I don't want a css solution with pixel based positioning. The menu can expand and be changed in future so it is important that this is dynamically build. This is not for a newbie since there is responsiveness involved and might mess up your code. Please don't waste my time.
