Thumbnail Designer (Remote) We are a successful YouTube thumbnail agency seeking a talented thumbnail designer to join our remote design team. In this position, you will work closely with our clients to design eye-catching and effective thumbnails for their YouTube videos. ***Due to time zone constraints priority is given to designers in North, Central and South America. ***We pay $5 flat rate for all thumbnail designs. Recurring, bulk work is the business model. ***Please share your recent thumbnail designs This is a remote role requiring fluent English for regular client communication. Candidates located anywhere in the world are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities - Consult with clients to understand their channel branding and target audience - Design highly clickable and recognizable thumbnails optimized for 2024 and beyond - Incorporate current thumbnail design theories and trends into your thumbnails - Deliver multiple thumbnail concepts and revisions in a timely manner - Work closely with our video editors to ensure thumbnails match video content - Continuously research and stay on top of changes in YouTube algorithms Requirements - 1-3 years experience designing YouTube thumbnails - Fluency in written and spoken English is required - Extremely detail-oriented with ability to meet tight deadlines - Proficiency in Photoshop and other design programs - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Passionate about YouTube culture and thumbnail design theory - Self-driven worker who takes initiative on assignments - Portfolio, designs, or examples of previous YouTube thumbnail work must be provided Please apply with your resume/CV and portfolio to be considered for this exciting opportunity to grow your thumbnail design career!
