Website Development and data entry using Wordpress - work in progress

I am looking to hire a freelancer to work with my company on finishing an in progress project for a client. This project will require you to know WordPress, data entry and chart building. The wireframes/theme is already established. Some minor CSS maybe required. There are 9 sections to the company catalog that will need to be uploaded onto the new website. The first section is complete for reference. The site will consist of a "Home, About Us (2 Sections), Specifications (2 Sections), Services (3-4 Sections), Products (7 Sections), Submittals (File access/download section), Contact us. You will be working directly with our team that will provide content on a per/section bases, as well as any instant guidance if required. This project will be worked on in a one section at a time pace. Once each section is complete it will replace the current section that is live. So in other words the website will be launched one section at a time instead of the entire things at once.
