mục tiêu của trang web: - thu thập dữ liệu của người dùng (thông qua form 1) - nhận yêu cầu của người dùng (thông qua form 2) - các dữ liệu từ form1 sẽ được lưu trong cơ sở dữ liệu, có thể dễ dàng truy cập, trích xuất, in, ấn và đồng thời, tất cả các yêu cầu sẽ được lưu vào trong 1 file Excel để phục vụ cho quá trình tìm kiếm, thống kê - các dữ liệu từ form2 sẽ được lưu trong cơ sở dữ liệu, đồng thời gửi trực tiếp đến email của quản trị viên - không cần thiết lập tài khoản cho người dùng, người dùng chỉ truy cập vào trang web và tương tác thông qua 2 mẫu form ở trên - giao diên web đơn giản, trực quan, có thể dùng responsive design để thiết kế (dự định, có thể trao đổi thêm) - sỗ lượng dữ liệu thông qua form1 khoảng nhỏ lơn 5000, thông qua form2 ít hơn (không đáng kể) - đảm bảo tính bảo mật cho dữ liệu - có thể dễ dàng thêm banner quảng cáo trên trang chủ - cấu trúc website đơn giản, có thể trao đổi thêm để biết thêm chi tiết
