Simple Script Fix Needed

I have this script [login to view URL] The script requires code to be place in the head and body of the page. I want it to be modified so I only need to place the code in the body of the page and it will works the same way and not conflict with any other scripts on the page. A facebook like button has also been attached to the popup. I want it coded so that the popup will close when the like button is pressed. I also want the close button to be removed and instead the popup will close when the user clicks outside the popup area. Project must be complete quickly, next few hrs max.
