Looking for a magento 1 developer to fix the free shipping items/products that has stopped working on the website. We have international shipping table added via Matrixrate and this seemed to have caused some conflict with the coding. The free shipping items are only to be applied to domestic courier and not international and only applied to items in the cart that have free shipping items otherwise charged at the standard domestic shipping rates setup in magento. Anyone who has experience in this area please provide a quote. Must be available to fix it urgently. And must have good English to communicate.
