Hey there! I am trying to make a list of freelancers that are good at drawing illustrations, logos, children's drawings, logos, t-shirt designs, etc. Basically a wide range of creative activities. I am unsure about the budget given the fact that it's a startup idea. Because of that, I am trying to find someone who might be able to draw (only at the beginning) things for a price that's something like 5$ per drawing. Sadly, I know it's not a lot, but it's a start for both of us given the fact that I am truly looking to start a small business with a good illustrator. Would you be okay with the stated conditions?
