We will supply an AutoCAD drawing of the area for you to work on.
Below is a snapshot of the existing topo of the east portion of our subdivision. The very east portion is a beach and the Sea of Cortez.
We are looking at terracing the first 4 or 5 rows of lots such that each row would have a much better view of the sea.
Each blue line represents one meter of height change. We would like the grey spider like lines made invisible. Lot lines and topo lines need to stay. The terracing to be done and shown in an AutoCAD topo map. The elevation change would be on the west edges of the road servicing the individual lots. We would love to be able to have a 14 foot drop on 4 rows of lots. The terraces might have to be 11' depending on the design. We will build block retaining walls to maintain the elevation changes.
I indicated the blue topo line that we would want the as the elevation for the beach front lots.
We would also need an estimate of the amount of dirt that would need to be moved. Would be great to get that in a number that says how much dirt has to be moved to dig down to the desired elevation and how much would be needed to bring up areas to the elevation.
