Need a website built for my Company

I need a website built for my Company. 100% Responsive, UI/UX and designs. Looking to pay upon completion of project only. Homepage: Background will be black with the company logo on the top left then on the top right will have Video Review / Member Login, which will take the client to another page. Underneath the Member Login box, have Lead Generator box where leads (new possible clients) will pop up per their requests made, we want to be able to pull leads as well from our end, a separate section will be here where we contact the client and ask them their information and wish list. In the middle of the homepage we want a box where the clients can read and post blogs, allowing the client to log in to blog and speak to us at the office, and be in constant contact with questions, announcements and suggestions. And last but not least, on the bottom the Company contact information and address. (Once the client signs in, according to the progress of their file.) First page after sign in (Client sign in): They will be greeted with Congratulations Offer Accepted!!!! (Balloons, Confetti Celebration Theme). Second page depending on where their file is (will be updated from our end) they will see a Home Inspection page and name and number of the Home Inspector. Third page after the home Inspection has been done and we receive the Home Inspection Report, we move to Repair Rider Page, which a drop down menu will allow the client to list what repair needs to be done or what needs to be replaced according to the Home Inspection and what the client will challenge. Fourth page will be where the contract is uploaded and client can see the contract that was signed. Fifth page will be the Application Process, (Mortgage) Client signs all loan documents and updates. Drop Down menu where clients can upload their paperwork: 1) W2 2) Tax Returns 3) Bank Statements 4) Pay Stubs Sixth page will be where the Appraisal will be ordered, client can click on a link to view appraisal. Seventh page will be the Processing section: The clients will be able to upload verification of employment, verification of deposit, verification of rent. Once the verification are uploaded we move on to the next phase according to the file. Eighth page will consist of the underwriting section. On our end, the processor will submit all paperwork to the underwriter (person who approves the loan, gives the Commitment and mortgage approval). After that is done and depending on the approval and what the Underwriter says we move on to the next phase. Ninth page will be the Commitment section, we submit and clear all conditions *Upload Commitment* Tenth page ORDER TITLE REPORT Drop Down (Tells all history on home as well as checks by years and sellers or Liens, Judgments Banks) Eleventh page we order the Homeowners Insurance. Twelfth page we then depending on the file, get the clear to close. Thirteenth page will be the Final walk through once we have the clear to close on the file. The client here can do the walk through at the property and test out all appliances, lights, heat, water Etc. and on a area where they can write out any issues for discussion with their agent before closing can be done here. Fourteenth page will be the reviews link sent to the clients after the final walk through before the closing. Clients can post a video of their review in this window which will then be posted onto our site after they submit the video. Fifteenth page Closing Sixteenth page will be where everything is all done, file closed, clients will see a Congratulations! You are now a homeowner!! (Balloons, Confetti Celebration Theme).
