Graphic Artist- Edit a photo in the styles provided.

I'm looking for an experienced Photoshop Image Editor who is creative and has a good eye for graphic artistic detail. The primary focus of the project is to edit the attached photo [login to view URL] (Girl sitting on Jeep) in the styles of the third and fourth photos to create a new, unique, modern artwork. The styles of the example photos (dripping effect, dust fading effect) should be reflected heavily in the new/edited photo. Attention to detail in the editing process is key. Final product will be printed large in 36x24 or larger, so image resolution required in final version. In the artistic edits, the car should be recognizable, but the person can be faded, outlined, muted, pixelated, or dusty for example. Suggested steps: All edits made to [login to view URL] -Remove the background from [login to view URL] -Make the car dripping / melting away at the bottom like example photo: Screenshot 2023-11-17 9.47.09 [login to view URL] - Dust fade / pixelate the top of the car with the person and one of the sides of the vehicle as if a wind is blowing away bits of both like the subject Example in Screenshot 2023-11-17 10.58.14 [login to view URL] - Add purple accents to primary photo ( [login to view URL] ) following the placement of in example photo [login to view URL] (add purple underglow and purple headlights) - Remove any foreign objects from the new photo edits of [login to view URL] that were not eliminated with the melting effect (such as grass on tires etc) - ***Creative liberties***: No color chages to the vehicle as she likes the black on black design, but you are welcome to make other changes that make it look awesome! Add dripping or fading/dust effect to any other parts of the car as needed- doors, windows, bumpers, hood, etc. Make parts pop/accent, add in a little sketch line work or anything else. I anticipate from the draft, that I will make a few minor suggestions prior to a final version, but I hope that any "vision" related questions are asked prior to work initiating. The successful candidate will have substantial experience and knowledge of working with Photoshop, as well as an excellent portfolio to show relevant expertise.
