1. Project Overview: Hessian Coffee are seeking a talented freelance graphic designer to create visually appealing and engaging email campaigns for the hospitality industry. The email campaigns will be sent out via Mailchimp to promote various products within the industry. The project involves designing approximately 10 emails for different products. 2. Objectives: The primary objectives of this project are as follows: • Create visually striking email designs that capture the attention of the target audience. • Develop engaging and persuasive content that effectively promotes the featured products. • Maintain a consistent brand image and style across all email designs. • Optimize the designs for mobile devices to ensure a seamless user experience. • Increase click-through rates and conversions by implementing effective call-to-action elements. • Collaborate with our marketing team to ensure the designs align with the overall campaign strategy. 3. Scope of Work: • The freelance graphic designer will be responsible for the following tasks: • Designing 10 unique email templates for different products in the hospitality industry. • Incorporating relevant product images, logos, and branding elements into the email designs. • Creating visually appealing layouts that highlight the key features and benefits of each product. • Writing compelling copy that encourages recipients to take action. • Ensuring the email designs are responsive and display correctly across various email clients and devices. • Collaborating with the marketing team to gather feedback and make necessary revisions. • Providing final deliverables in a format compatible with Mailchimp. 4. Deliverables: • The freelance graphic designer will be expected to deliver the following items: • 10 professionally designed email templates for the different products. • Source files (e.g., PSD, AI) for each email template. • Final designs in a format compatible with Mailchimp. • Any additional graphical assets used in the email designs. 5. Timeline: The project is expected to be completed within an agreed timeline from the start date. This timeline should include time for revisions and feedback from the marketing team. 6. Budget: Please provide your proposed rates and any additional costs associated with the project. 7. Communication: Regular communication will be essential for the successful execution of this project.
