Hi, I'm a native english and french speaker (U.S. /French citizen) with over 15 years of experience in the language business. I have extensive expertise in editing and translating websites. What I'm offering to do is to write the missing pages in English based on the french version. This would respect the original content but of course adapt the wording and style to suit the english speaking market. I have gone through each page of the website to ensure that my bid is suited to the task at hand. What you could then do is hire a freelancer to enter this onto your website (my area of expertise is editing, copywriting). It seems to me that you are looking for a content writer/editor rather than a website designer or else, you need to break down your project into 2 parts. Obviously a web designer will not be a skilled copywriter and vice versa. The idea is to get the best of both worlds. Once I have delivered the content in a txt doc for example, it would be a simple task for a web designer to enter the info on your site.
