Design a Website Mockup for me

I am ideally looking to do a mock up of [login to view URL] The first page of the site should contain a spreadsheet of relevant sportsbook i plan to introduce. ( just like the main page [login to view URL] ), with only a list of sportsbook and not the rest of the page. On the right hand site of the page you should review - it should automatically land to a "Review" or a "testimonial page of the sportsbook - something like - [login to view URL] A simple one, with the option of letting punters post their comments on the reviews page. The relevant designer should also teach me how i can add on the list of sports book to the pages - she / he does not have to do it by themselves. Thanks, and I look forward to receiving your bids!
