Its a lead generation website for the pet market, where the pet owners (customers) would be able to select and submit their requirements and the nearby stores / suppliers would be able to provide their best quote for the customer’s requirement, so that customer can review the quotes from the multiple vendors as received and make a decision. The users would be able to register and create their account on the website. As a pet owner, user would be able to create their profile on the website and enter their basic information. User would then be able to fill up and submit a requirements form by entering their zip code. This information would then be sent to the best matched vendors as available on the website, as a new lead information for them. After submitting their requirements and zip code, users would also be shown the list of suggested vendors as available on the website. Users would be able to view the profiles of the vendors and the list of services/products being offered by them. On the other hand, as a vendor/supplier, user will be able to subscribe to an available membership plan and thus set up their profile by selecting from a pre-defined list of products/services that they offer. Upon receiving of a new lead, user would be notified for the same and will be required to unlock the complete lead information including their requirement and profile by using one virtual coin/credit, which the user can purchase more on the website. Based on the review of the lead’s requirement, user would be able to submit their quote for the same. Every lead’s requirements would be available on a separate page with unique URL, where all the vendors’ quotes would be displayed publically. The concerned customer would have option to select the final vendor they want to go with after having the private message communication. The admin would be provided with an easy to use web backend system where he would be able to view and access the various reporting related to the users work flow and communication as well as can manage the website features such as user management, membership management, payments management, content management, etc. The payment is not done at the website. Its done directly to the petshop owner when the deliver is done.
