Create a mobile app for discount program

Looking to hire someone to create a professional, user-friendly app, compatible for both android and iOS. This app will be accessible to paid members of a program offering discounts to local businesses... App will need to include the following features: * Ability to charge a reoccurring payment for monthly subscription for membership * Dashboard * A list of offers that can be selected for one-time use. To confirm the use of an offer, will prompt to either a confirmation code or a barcode to be scanned by business cashier. * All used one-time offers, will automatically become available again at the beginning of each new month. * A point system that includes a balance of total points earned over the lifetime of membership, and a current balance of points available to spend. * Link debit and credit cards, to track spending at participating businesses and automatically convert the dollar amount to member point balance. * Option to upload screenshot of cash receipt to earn points on cash purchases.
