Create copy trade social trading website based on mt4 metatrader

Here from the two links, I could understand that we would need to make a platform which would based upon MT4 API. Three types of users: 1. Admin 2. Traders 3. Investors Traders are the leaders who will own their own account and will do buy and sell from the portal. I have 1 question, how the auto execution on trader's account works? i have done copy trade for forex using EA, which trader need to run EA on his MT4. hello there, i never worked with mt4 server however i am pretty sure i can handle it. expert in php and web stuff the onyl thing i will need o dominate is the mt4 server. with the right documentation i am sure i can make this work. please consider me maybe not to do the full project alone but as a part of a team or leader. thanks.
