Build a web page on our existing site that ties in to an appointment scheduling API

We are Dick Hannah Dealerships, a family owned dealership group in the Portland, OR metro area. We are looking for help in developing an automotive service appointment scheduler for our dealership websites. Out of the box solutions are available, but we’ve found that these are clunky and do not provide an exceptional user experience, specifically on mobile devices. It is important to us that this tool provide an excellent experience on any device, especially mobile. The product should also match the aesthetic of our websites. Customers will be able to visit this web page, give a little information about themselves and their vehicle, and choose a time and date from a picker that is populated with available date/times pulled via API from our Dealer Management System (DMS). The web page you create will serve multiple dealership websites. The page will need to take into account which domain it is being served on and tie in to the appropriate store account in the DMS via the API. Deliverables will be a template page for a WordPress theme that presents a web form requesting the following information and then pushes the captured info to our DMS: Customer first name Customer last name Customer email address Customer phone number (optional) Customer vehicle Year Make Model Customer comments or notes Customer preferred appointment date/time (chosen from the times available)
