We Are Looking For A 2D Architect Designer And LOD400 BIM Rendering For One Of Our Projects.

Hi there, I’m an architect and 3D designer. I would like to help you with the shopping center ideas, drafting and possibly 3D rendering. I worked in the design of a mall a few years ago when I was part of an architectural studio and I “might” be able to find some renderings I did of the conceptual design, although I’d have to look within my files as I’m not sure. I understand you are looking for 2D drafting at this point and I can tell you that I use AutoCAD every day. In fact, there’s actually two architects on this end of the screen willing to help you: me and my wife, as we work together. There’s a number of questions that I’d like to ask you about this, but before we go any further, can I suggest that we convert this project into an hourly paid project? For a million square feet area, I think 1500 dollars is going to be short and I anticipate if we make it hourly, because of the amount of time spent on this we’d end up charging more than my current bid in terms of price and timeframe. As you can see in my profile, I usually charge 75 USD/hour but considering the amount of work / time that I’m assuming this will take, I can decrease that number to 55 per hour in order to make this more affordable for you.
