Complete Unfinished Wordpress website

Hello, We have a time-sensitive project we'd like your help with. We have a new website on Wordpress which is using the Genesis Framework and the Executive Pro theme (see site here: [login to view URL]). The goal of this website is to match it to our old website, which is hosted on Wix (see site here: [login to view URL]). The majority of the work is done, and right now we just need to fine-tune the details to get the new site as identical to the old site as possible (right down to font sizes, colors, spacing, margins, alignments, etc). The freelancer must be competent, able to work with minimal supervision while still remaining in a reasonably short time frame for project completion, thorough, and observant. We do not have the time to accept "half-finished" work, perhaps in the hopes that we might not notice. Important Notes: - Unfortunately, we will be unable to closely manage our freelancers due to other commitments. We will of course happily work with you, and definitely explain precisely what must be done. This will require great competence on the part of the freelancer! - Again, this is rather time-sensitive. So we can not have an instance where the freelancer says they are finished with the project, and when we go through it we find several things undone, or done improperly. - Most of this project *should* actually require minimal supervision on our part. In most cases, the freelancer should just be able to visually/physically look at a page on the old site, compare it with its corresponding page on the new site, see what's different, and adjust accordingly. We will inform you which pages require exceptions, as there are some differences which we've implemented which need to stay different. - One of the changes referred to above is that we are incorporating tabbed browsing on the new site, and also adding sub-menu options. Again, we will explain all these things to you. Side note: some of these tabs include Google Maps, but they aren't centering correctly when placed inside the tabs. If there is a better option for tabbed browsing (such as implementing a different means of integrating them, right now we are using a plugin), we are open to changes, but only if they can be done without affecting too much of the total completion time.
