Design the GUI for an indie mobile game!

I am looking for someone to create the artwork for the GUI of a game I am currently developing. Note that the interface layout has already been designed, so I am looking for artwork only, based upon descriptions and sample images. I would like a gothic-style interface with dark grey and dark red tones. As the game is text-based, the interface will take on a more important role than in many other games, since it will be the only visual players see. As such, the GUI must be top-notch and visually appealing. It must also fit with the tone of the story, which is one of solitude, moodiness, mystery, and conspiracy. I have provided an image that showcases the layout I would like for this app, for the purposes of deciding whether or not this project is right for you. All elements, including buttons and scrollbars, must be created. When applicable, images must be created in two distinct states (eg button up and down). Upon award of this project, I will provide additional details on the visual look I want, along with examples. The final interface must be in a 4:3 ratio at a minimum resolution of 1024x768. All layers should be retained and provided in PSD format. All buttons and scrollbar images should be kept on separate layers, so that I can separate and adjust them as needed.
