Project Description: We need a website that will give an option to the landlords to rate and give comments about their tenants. So, they can leave negative or positive feedback. The goal is to have landlords register and rate their tenants. However, we will have tenants create their profile as well. This list will capture more that what is found on credit or eviction report. Needs to be graphically appealing and user friendly. Every user needs to have ability to log in and see his screen. This is a description of the website. Whenever you are looking to rent your place to the new renter and want to know about their rental history, ScreenRenter is there for you. ScreenRenter was founded on the belief that screening your new renter could be faster, easier and more efficient. We provide to landlords an innovative screening solution. ScreenRenter helps landlords to get more accurate information about the rental history of their potential renters. Our mission is to make it easier for landlords screen new renters.
