Hello Smart People Need to develop a script to enable us to send bulk Whatsapp and Viber using an API (web based, PHP) - Import contacts (CSV, Text, xls), remove Duplicates - Export contacts (CSV, Text, xls) - with each one have or don’t have viber or whatsapp - Can automatically distinguish which number is using Whatsapp or viber - Create & Sending Text and Images (Multi-languages + Arabic) - Create Multi Users - Schedule sending options - Pause and resume sending - Control each user permission and amount to send - Reports: for sending can View or export it (delivered, seen) - Can register New Numbers as Sender Number - Can prevent viber from stopping the registered tel number after sending a few hundred messages - No sending limitations - WhiteLabel would be good ** This software or API should support new whatsapp and viber protocols ** Easy to Install and backup in-case we changed the hosting Developer should know what I am asking. Only experience person who have done this. PLEASE THOSE WHO HAVE READY SOLUTIONS, DEMOS AND READY TO SHOW IT BEFORE START WORKING ONLY BID If you didn’t before, please don’t waste our both time.
