Graphic Design - Design & Animate GIF images for Website & T-shirts

My website sells flashing T-shirts for functions, events and more! I need someone to design and animate 10 GIF images (plus JPG and PNG). The images will be displayed on the website and will also be used for printing Flashing T-shirts. ***Note: You can light up a maximum of 5 different parts of the animated GIF image. Printing resolution: At least 300dpi Size for printing: 18cm (width) x 13.6 cm (height) File type: JPEG, PNG and GIF I need original designed images for the following: - Hens Night x 2 - Bux Party x 2 - Bar Mitzvah x 1 - Bat Mitzvah x 1 - Wedding x 2 - 21st Birthday Party x 1 - 18th Birthday Party x 1 I have attached an example of an animated GIF image. (Please note that I am only interested in the flashing panel. DO NOT INCLUDE THE T-SHIRT)
